What does "premium" mean to us? (Part 2)

Here at GL Pools, we pride ourselves in offering “Premium Pool Service” but I’m sure you’re wondering: What does that even mean? What does that look like practically? And, most importantly, how does it affect me and my pool? In this two-part blog series, we hope to outline how we exemplify “Premium Service” in everything we do. In part 2, we are going to focus on three more ways that we set ourselves apart.

Reliability, Consistency, and Professionalism

As mentioned in the last post in this series, we’ve all heard horror stories of pool service companies (and all types of companies for that matter) not show up, not provide consistent service, or be completely unprofessional. At GL Pools, we aim to completely change the way you look at pool service. We commit to being reliable, and a company that you know that you can count on to show up when we say we’re going to show up and communicate if we’re running ahead or behind schedule. We also commit to being consistent. We train all of our technicians the exact same way so that we can guarantee the same product no matter which technician is servicing your pool that week. We also have a route management app that allows us to have a checklist for your pool to ensure that your tech is taking the necessary steps in order to provide premium pool service. That brings us to professionalism. Not only will GL Pools be professional through our reliability, consistency, communication, etc., our team is committed to going the extra mile by being approachable, knowledgeable, and having a professional appearance when coming to your home.

Service & Repair Emergency Response

Although we would still be considered a small business by most standards, the ability of our team to respond to and address problems is that of a much larger company. At GL Pools, we highly value communication and the ability for you to get in contact with us in case of a pool service or repair related emergency. Although our business hours are 8am-5pm M-F, we are constantly monitoring our text messages and voicemails so that if you have an issue with your pool or the equipment during off hours or on the weekend, we can take the necessary steps in order to resolve the issue for you.
